For a bug, it helps to include your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, and the app version shown under Settings, then About.

Add one if you would like a reply. Without it your message still arrives, but there is no way to answer it.

Before you write

The support page answers the questions that come up most, including missing boards, thumbnails that stopped loading, and where your posts go.

To report a post on 4chan, use the Report item in that post's own menu in the app. PocketChan does not host or moderate anything on 4chan and cannot remove a post from it, so those reports go to 4chan, who can.

What happens to what you send

Your message is delivered to the developer and used only to answer you. The email field is optional, and an address left there is used for nothing except the reply. Neither is used for marketing, and neither is sold or shared. The privacy policy describes it in full.
